METHOD FOR COMPLEX TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH MELLORY-WEIS SYNDROME

The method for the complex treatment of the patients with Mellory-Weis syndrome comprises the endoscopic diathermocoagulation of the injured sites in the mucosa in prolonged bleedings or stigmata. Upon diathermocoagulation, the prolonged total intravenous anesthesia is performed.
