METHOD FOR AORTAL-CORONARY BYPASSING OF CORONARY ARTERIES IN FUNCTIONING HEART

The method for aortal-coronary bypassing of the coronary arteries in functioning heart comprises specifying the site of anastomosis, separating the artery, and applying the anastomosis. Upon separating the artery located within the myocardium and prior to longitudinal dissection of the artery, the rubber stabilizing threads are passed under the artery providing for the minimal involvement of the myocardium at the level of the lower semicircle of the artery within the depth of the myocardium.
