TECHNIQUE FOR DECOMPRESSION OF ROOTS OF CRANIAL NERVES RESTRAINED BY BLOOD VESSELS IN CASE OF COMBINED COMPRESSION

The technique for the decompression of the roots of cranial nerves restrained by the blood vessels in the case of the combined compression from both sides consists in relieving and isolating the compressed nerve by means of mobilizing the vessels andremoving them from the compression area. The mobilized vessels are fixed with the aid of the spacer.
