A method for producing amidated cosmetic pectine involves hydrolysis-extraction, separation of solid and liquid phases, cooling, treatment of pectine extract with trilon B, mixing and settling, saponification with solution of alkali, neutralization , deposition of pectine with dimethyl formamide, treatment of coagulant with aqueous-acetone solution. Hydrolysis-extraction are performed at the temperature of 85-90 DEGREE C during 80-100 min. After settling pectine extract saponification-amidation is performed with ammonium solution at pH of 8.5-8.8. Following neutralization non-ionic surface-active substances are added at an amount of 1 %. The pectine extract is sprayed above the solution of calcium salt. Pectine coagulant is separated by centrifugation. The obtained coagulant is filled up with acid solution having pH of 3.4-4.0.
