Method for collection of surface water according to which discharge of surface water is implemented through a well with deposit part. After the well with the deposit part water is passed through an additional well, with keeping same levels of water in the first and the additional wells. The appliance for its implementation has a well with deposit part and a discharge pipe. It has an additional well with inlet and outlet openings, to the inlet opening there is connected a discharge pipe of the first well, and to the outlet opening there is connected an outlet pipe. At that the upper line of the inlet opening of the additional well is at the level of the lower line of the outlet pipe.
