The coated particles dextran polyaldehyde of this invention, WHICH MAY BE USED PARTICULARLY IN IMMUNOLOGICAL ANALYSIS, have a reduced matrix effect relative to the particles TRADITIONAL, which are devoid of any coating dextran polyaldehyde.
