The control system has an infrared camera (1) arranged in a screening room (5) for recording the number of people present by sensing the thermal signals emitted by them. A connecting and recording equipment is provided with a video digitalization hardware (2), a microprocessor and a memory (3) that is used for storing the records of the thermal signals captured by the infrared camera. The information related to the captured signals is sent to a remote control center (6) by a modem (4). A computer (7) is present in the remote control center and is provided with a specific application.
