Uses for treating, preventing and/or managing head and neck cancer.Specific embodiments encompass the use of an immunomodulatory compound aloneor in combination with an additional active ingredient. The invention furtherrelates toreducing or avoiding adverse side effects associated with chemotherapy,radiationtherapy, hormonal therapy, biological therapy or immunotherapy which comprisetheuse of an immunomodulatory compound. Pharmaceutical compositions, single unitdosage forms, and commercial packages suitable for use of the invention arealsodisclosed. In one embodiment, there is provided use of a compound of theformula(see above formula)for treating, preventing and/or managing head and neck cancer.
