The flagstone comprises at least one translucent or transparent support plate (2) for the passage and/or standing of persons, vehicles and/or materials, and a lower reinforcement structure (3) with legs (4). The plate (2) includes aeration slots (5) enabling an airflow to circulate between the upper and lower parts of the flagstone (1) and a wide opening (6) accessible by means of a lid (7) to provide access to the ground for aeration and maintenance purposes, such as watering and/or fertilization. Releasable fixing means are provided to fix said lid (7) in a closed position, or to release it by means of an opening/closing tool. The pavement is formed by a plurality of juxtaposed and interconnected flagstones.
