The invention concerns a method which consists in creating, in accordance with a general concept in dentistry, a cushioning layer or a stable transfer layer exhibiting goof flexural strength and capable of distributing stresses, between the titanium or titanium alloy base and the dental ceramic coating. The method is characterized in its principle by the presence of said interface layer deposited before the ceramic is cured, said layer being itself characterized by: 1) very low hardness; 2) very high adherence to the substrate and to the cosmetic, and whereof the function is to disperse mechanical stresses as well as stresses resulting from the linear thermal expansion coefficient differential of the two materials when the ceramic is cooled after being cured. There no longer exists any fusible plane since the stressed fracture is of the cohesive type, inside the ceramic and the substrate itself when the latter is ruptured: TA6V and TA6Nb7 titanium alloys. Preferably, a gold deposition which forms a particular eutectic with the titanium is used. The invention concerns the general method comprising the production of such a cushioning layer, and the dental products obtained (dental prostheses).
