An ICF information use system (10) includes a data center (11) where ICF information on each individual is stored, an ICF information processing device (13) connected to the data center (11) via a communication network for inputting/outputting ICF information to/from the data center (11), and a predetermined device (15) controlled according to the ICF information output from the data center (11). The ICF information processing device (13) has coding means (29) for converting an individual symptom and condition into an ICF code (C), language means (30) for converting an ICF code (C) into a natural language indicating an individual symptom and condition, and data extraction means (31) for extracting only some ICF information from the ICF information stored in the data center (11).
