The invention relates to a device for the electrical wiring and control of a number of peripheral devices for image recording, image processing, image playback and/or image storage with a bus system provided with m sockets, in which plug-in cards which are specific for the peripheral devices may be plugged in and which each comprise n contact pin pairs.
