Each of the phase input voltage system includes an interruptible power transistor (23). Two series connected reverse diodes (24, 25) are connected in parallel with the interruptible power transistor (23). The phase input voltage system (1, 2, 3) is connected with a node of the series connected reverse diodes (24, 25).
