Functional feed additives of a fresh-water eel containing lactic acid fermented-milk supplemented mushrooms having natural immunity and growth activation and functional feeds of a fresh-water eel comprising the same

PURPOSE: Provided is a feedstuff additive for culturing eel, which enhances the efficiency of the feedstuff and the natural immunity with the effect of anemia prevention and the effect of facilitating the growth. CONSTITUTION: The eel culturing feedstuff additive comprises 40-60 wt.% of quartz porphyry, 30-50 wt.% of lactic-acid fermented milk with a mushroom content, and 2-6 wt.% of vitamin C, and 3-10 wt.% of albumin peptide. The quartz porphyry has a particle size of 300-800 meshes. The lactic-acid fermented milk with the mushroom content is made by adding the extract of oak mushroom, oyster mushroom and ling chiu mushroom to the fermented milk, and inoculating it with lactic acid bacteria.
