PURPOSE: A device for collecting and distributing sunlight in sunlight illumination system is provided to reduce a reflection factor and enhance a transmission factor by forming an incident side of an optical fiber with a Brewster angle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for collecting and condensing solar energy includes a solar energy collection portion(10) and a solar energy condensing portion(20). The solar energy collection portion(10) includes a fixing portion(12), the first focusing lenses(14), and the first optical fibers(16). The first focusing lenses(14) are installed horizontally to the fixing portion(12). The first optical fibers are arranged at each focusing position of the first lenses(14). The solar energy condensing portion(20) includes the second focusing lens(22) and the second optical fibers(24). The second optical fibers(24) are arranged at each focusing position of the second focusing lenses(22).
