PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing ostrich hamburger patty using ostrich meat as a main ingredient. The ostrich meat contains estrogen and essential amino acid, improves one's memory, has good effect on osteoporosis, heart trouble, melancholy, and dementia, and treatment effect on sterility and abortion. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing ostrich hamburger patty is characterized by using 75 wt.% of ostrich meat, 5 wt.% of ostrich fat, 5 wt.% of onion, 5 wt.% of egg, 7 wt.% of crumb, 2 wt.% of worcestershire sauce, and 1 wt.% of salt, pepper and other seasonings.
