PURPOSE: An apparatus for receiving audio and video signals transmitted from an IMT-2000 wireless terminal through a video communication device installed at home or in an office and displaying the same is provided to comfortably receive an IMT-2000 wireless service at home or in an office, and switch a mode of the video communication device to watch a TV. CONSTITUTION: A terminal holder holds an international mobile telecommunication(IMT)-2000 wireless terminal and charges the IMT-2000 wireless terminal with electricity at the same time. A main body has an operation program for processing audio and video signals inputted through the IMT-2000 wireless terminal. A monitor is connected with the main body to control an angle of the monitor, and outputs the video signals inputted through the IMT-2000 wireless terminal. A camera is mounted at the monitor for photographing an image of a caller. A resolution compensating element is installed in the main body for increasing resolution of the video signals to resolution capable of TV reception. A TV receiving tuner is installed in the main body for receiving TV signals.
