PURPOSE: An overflow preventive levee structure for a dam type rainwater regulating pondage is provided to execute a construction work rapidly and economically and to prevent the overflow of rainwater effectively. CONSTITUTION: The overflow preventive levee structure for a dam type rainwater regulating pondage contains: a main levee body(10) provided with a rainwater inflow space unit(11) formed on an opening, female and male connectors(12a,12b) formed on both outer sides, a through-hole(15) formed on the lower part of front and rear inclines(13,14), an inflow hole(17) closed by a mesh pipe(16) on the upper and lower parts of a front incline(13), a separation member(18) connected to the uppermost part and a buried fixture(19) formed downward; and a buoyancy levee unit(20) provided with a buoyancy space unit isolated from the outside, and a buoyancy connector(23) interposed to the rainwater inflow space unit(11) of the main levee body(10) and provided with a cogged joint(22).
