Novel use containing coagulation of bean protein of water extracts from Schizandra chinensis and composite herb medicine

PURPOSE: Provided is a novel use of the mixed extract of Schizandra chinensis and medicinal herbs containing coagulation of bean protein. Therefore, the mixed extract has excellent effect on the manufacture of bean curd. CONSTITUTION: The mixed extract of Schizandra chinensis and medicinal herbs including Liriope platyphylla, Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge, ginseng and pumpkin is used as a therapeutic agent of liver diseases, a beverage for removing a hangover, a preventing agent of atherosclerosis induced by alcohol and a coagulant for manufacturing bean curd.
