The Power Transmission System of Electric Carrier for 2 Golf Bags with the Transaxle Installation

PURPOSE: A power train system of an electric cart for transporting a golf bag by using a transaxle is provided to improve steering stability and traveling stability on the fairway or the rough by distributing driving force to wheels evenly, and to prevent accidents by regulating speed of the wheel in slipping one wheel. CONSTITUTION: A power train system of an electric cart is composed of a controller(10) controlling the electric cart; a battery pack(20) using 24V by connecting two 12V batteries in series; a motor(30) generating torque by receiving power from the battery; a transaxle(40) decelerating with transmitting power of the motor, and transmitting torque to the wheels evenly; and a handle(61). The transaxle transmits equal driving force to the wheels in linearly moving, and regulates driving force by controlling rpm of two wheels in turning. An output shaft of the motor is connected to an input shaft of the transaxle. Damage of lawn is prevented, and accidents are prevented by increasing steering stability and traveling stability.
