A Oilless Screw Type Fluid Machine having Seal Member for Preventing Leakage

PURPOSE: An oilless screw type fluid machine having a seal member for preventing leakage is provided to improve the efficiency of compressor and the reliability, and operate an oilless screw type fluid machine with sealing a gap between rotors by using a seal member. CONSTITUTION: A pair of male and female rotors(2,3) have shaft centers in parallel. A seal member(12) is formed on each spiral sawtooth of anyone rotor or all the rotors formed in a spiral direction, following pitch circles(11a,11b), wherein the seal member has heat-resisting property and anti-abrasion. The seal member minimizes sliding frictional force when the male rotor and the female rotor contact with each other in association with the pitch circles, and makes a value of a gap between spiral sawteeth zero.
