Cross-linked poloxamer cross-linked poloxamer hydrogel and processes for preparing thereof

PURPOSE: Provided are a crosslinked poloxamer and a hydrated gel thereof, which are prepared with ease, have a high bio-stability and are used as a drug delivery carrier, a support for tissue engineering, an artificial lens and a biological implant material. CONSTITUTION: The crosslinked poloxamer is represented by the following formula and has a molecular weight of 10,000-5,000,000, wherein R is an alkyl having the formula of CnH2n+1, in which n is ranged from 0 to 10; and each of x, y and z is an integer defined by the molecular weight of the crosslinked poloxamer. In addition, the hydrated gel of the crosslinked poloxamer comprises 1-5 parts by weight of water per part by weight of the crosslinked poloxamer.
