Business model for new solution through the roasting and visual coffee-making in store with coffee bean by roster and dripper syphon

PURPOSE: A coffee shop franchise to directly roast a raw coffee bean in a shop and service the roasted coffee to a customer through an instant coffee extractor such as a siphon is provided to make a customer group truly loving the coffee and raise a coffee market to a high class by expressing original tastes and flavors of the coffee in detail. CONSTITUTION: A roaster of the raw coffee bean is installed to a separate space in the shop. The space exposes a roasting process to the outside through a window. The roasted coffee bean is displayed/sold to the customer by expressing a roasted date according to a growing country and a kind of the coffee. A process extracting the roasted coffee bean using a dripper and the siphon is also displayed to the customers.
