PURPOSE: A method for practicing justice and accumulating value through the Internet citizen participation is provided to plan profit creation by a joyful participating process through a democratic right, and make a member democratically participate in human conservation as a representative of all lives. CONSTITUTION: A candidate is collected as an activity wishing member. Data and information of the activity wishing member are stored in a database after verifying the candidate. It is judged that the verified data and information are transmitted to a requestor. If the requestor is selected as the member, the requestor is registered as an activity requesting member, and the basic data and a requesting field are stored in the database. The profit from the activity participants is received/notified/stored in the database.
