PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING FOOD WASTE DISCARDING APPARATUS WITH SCREW ROTATION-AGITATION FUNCTION

PURPOSE: Provided is a process for manufacturing an apparatus to discard a great amount of food waste with requiring minimum space for installing the apparatus by adopting a screw rotation and agitation manner. CONSTITUTION: The process is for preparing the food waste discarding apparatus comprising a main top body(1-1), a compartment plate(1-2), an agitator motor(2), a timer for the agitator(3), a thermostat(4-1), a temperature sensing bar(4-2), a cylindrical chamber(5), a control box with switches(6), an agitation blade axis(7), a top stand for inlet(8), the inlet(9) for entering food waste, a discarding outlet(10), a sawdust induction stand(11), an agitator shaft bearing assembly(12-1,12-2), an odor-exhausting port(13), a heating wire(14), an agitation blade(15), a deodorization device(16), a main base body, a heat-protection insulating material such as styrene foam, stainless steel plates for forming inner and outer walls, an agitation cylindrical chamber, a sawdust induction stand, a base for the sawdust induction stand, a connection pipe for welding and connecting both of sawdust induction stand and the base, and a reinforcing rod.
