The health food promotes metabolism in the human body to increase the human health, and contains pharmacological efficacy of Ganoderma Lucidum Karst. CONSTITUTION: A food composition contains Ganoderma Lucidum Karst or Phellinus-linteus, Poria cocos, Artemisia Capillaris Thunb, beer yeast and bamboo salt in a weight ratio of 5:2:2:3:0.3. It further contains lactic acid bacteria or Torilis japonica.
