SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DELIVERING HOT ROLLED PRODUCTS OF CONTINUOUS HOT ROLLING BAR MILLS TO COOLING BED

PURPOSE: To provide system and method for delivering a hot rolled product of a bar rolling mill for continuous hot rolling to cooling bed. CONSTITUTION: In a system for receiving a bar product hot rolled from a rolling mill and transferring the bar product to cooling bed(12), the system comprises a shearer means(16) for dividing the bar product by bar segments and alternately guiding the bar segments to one or other intermediate path in two intermediate paths (Pb,Pc) of downstream part for continuous movement; switch means(18,20) installed on the respective intermediate paths to alternately guide the bar segments moved to one or other intermediate path in the intermediate paths (Pd,Pe,Pf,Pg) of downstream part for continuous movement to the cooling bed; and a speed reduction means for reducing speed of the bar segments moved along the transfer paths, wherein the system further comprises a cooling means for cooling the bar segments moved along the transfer paths, wherein the speed reduction means comprises first and second speed reduction means with being spaced apart from each other along the transfer paths, wherein the speed reduction means comprises pinch roll units(24,26,32,34), and wherein the cooling means comprises water boxes(14,22,30) for applying water to the bar segments.
