PURPOSE: Provided is a radiosensitive composition which provides a black matrix having sufficient light protectability under back light with high brightness and a colored layer having excellent color reproducibility, and forms a pattern having excellent surface smoothness and high resolution with no residues or contaminations on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: The radiosensitive composition comprises: (A) a pigment; (B) an alkali soluble resin represented by the following formula 1, wherein each of R1 to R6 independently represents a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, hydroxyl, hydroxymethyl or carboxyl group; (C) a multifunctional monomer; and (D) a photopolymerization initiator. The radiosensitive composition is for use in a black matrix or colored layer in a color liquid crystal device.
