PURPOSE: An electrically insulated mobile portion and an electrostatic-type micro actuator are provided to prevent an electric coupling from existing between a magnetic signal of a magnetic read/write head and a driver signal of a micro actuator without applying an undesired noise to the magnetic signal, and to prevent a head from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: Fixed electrode branches(253) of the first set supply counterclockwise rotations, while fixed electrode branches(253') of the second set supply clockwise rotations. A rectangular frame(240) has an inner part(241) electrically insulated from an outer part(242) of the frame(240) by an insulation material(243). Mobile electrode branches(256) are attached to the outer part(242) of the frame(240). Each one of the fixed electrode branches(253,253') from each set is combined with each mobile electrode branch(256).
