ULTRASONIC CLEANER INCLUDING VIBRATING ELEMENTS HAVING UNIFORM ULTRASONIC RADIATION PROPERTY ON WHOLE SURFACE OF ULTRASONIC VIBRATOR

PURPOSE: An ultrasonic cleaner is provided to obtain uniform ultrasonic radiation property on the whole surface of an ultrasonic vibrator by suppressing the degradation of ultrasonic pressure at a boundary of neighboring ultrasonic vibrating elements. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic cleaner comprises a cleaning tub(1) for reserving a cleaning liquid(2) and an ultrasonic vibrator for transmitting ultrasonic vibration of more than 500kHz to the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tub. The ultrasonic vibrator is prepared by parallel placing planar ultrasonic vibrating elements(4). The vibrating elements have individual ultrasonic radiation properties according to the small planar shape. The diffusion of an ultrasonic wave is more than 5 degrees or higher.
