PURPOSE: A roof panel provided with a fixture for fixing a sound-absorbing plate is provided to fix a noncombustible interior member and a sound-absorbing plate firmly, to minimize the damage by fire by forming all members using noncombustible materials, to execute an installation work simply and easily and to cut down the working hours. CONSTITUTION: The roof panel provided with a fixture for fixing a sound-absorbing plate comprises: a clip(30) inserted to a joint of roof panels(10), folded/fixed together with a roof panel(10) and provided with many hanging holes(31); a noncombustible interior member(20) piled up on the base of the roof panel(10) and made of glass wool for noise absorption and thermal insulation; woven fabrics(40) located on the base of the noncombustible interior member(20) to prevent the scatter of powder of the noncombustible interior member(20); many perforated holes(51) adhered closely to the base of the woven fabrics(40) to compress and fix noncombustible materials; and a fixture(60) supporting the lateral end of a sound-absorbing plate(50) and coupled with the clip(30) unified with a roof member and made of noncombustible materials such as metal.
