摘要

PURPOSE: A surface radiating conversion element, an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a method for fabricating the surface radiating conversion element are provided to efficiently radiate electromagnetic forces from a radiating surface. CONSTITUTION: An element body(101) has a plate shape made of material with permittivity which is higher than the outside. A plurality of closed spaces(103) are formed in the element body. The closed spaces have permittivity which is lower than the material composing the element body. An opposite surface with respect to a radiating surface(123) is plane in the closed spaces(103). The closed spaces are formed by a concave part(121) formed in the first member(110) or the second member(120) composing the element body.
