PURPOSE: An automatic lock control device of a safety lever for heavy equipment operated by sensing the weight of a driver is provided to prevent an accident by automatically stopping other operations except for the operation of the heavy equipment by automatically sensing that a driver leaves from a seat after starting the heavy equipment. CONSTITUTION: An automatic lock control device of a safety lever for heavy equipment operated by sensing the weight of a drive is composed of a weight sensing unit(3) embedded in a driver's seat to sense that a driver sits down or leaves from the seat; a safety lever switch(2) for locking and releasing automatically an operation of the heavy equipment by a manual operation of the driver or a control signal; a warning buzzer switch(4) for visually or auditorily informing that the driver leaves from the driver's seat by receiving the control signal; a hydraulic pressure flow cut-off solenoid(5) for transmitting driving force to operate the heavy equipment; and a control unit(1) for controlling the weight sensing unit, the safety lever switch, the warning buzzer switch, and the hydraulic pressure flow cut-off solenoid. Therefore, the automatic lock control device automatically locks/releases the safety lever by sensing the weight of the driver.
