摘要

PURPOSE: A conjugate of a recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor(hG-CSF) derivative and a polyethylene glycol(PEG) molecule is provided which has enhanced stability in blood. Also, a process for the preparation thereof by modification with PEG is provided. The conjugate of recombinant hG-CSF derivative and PEG molecule has increased retention time, reduced antigenicity and highly improved biological activity. CONSTITUTION: The conjugate of recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor(hG-CSF) derivative and polyethylene glycol(PEG) having enhanced stability in blood comprises one molecule of PEG in the amino terminal sequence of the hG-CSF derivative, wherein the PEG is bound to the alpha-amino group of the amino acid at the amino terminal sequence of the recombinant hG-CSF derivative; and PEG has a molecular weight of 2 to 100 kDa, preferably 10 to 40 kDa.
