PURPOSE: A round reclining apparatus for a seat of a vehicle is provided to work easily and simply by reclining and folding the seat back with a single lever, to reduce the failure rate and the number of parts by simplifying the structure, and to increase the productivity by reducing the cost. CONSTITUTION: A round reclining apparatus for a seat of a vehicle comprises an upper bracket(10) fixed to a seat back; a stopper(40) having a fixing protruded part fastened in a fixing groove of the upper bracket; a lower bracket(20) installed to a seat cushion; a lever part(70) turned and installed to the lower bracket; a cam(60) fastened to a fixing projection of the lever part and formed in a hinge center of the upper bracket and the lower bracket; a lock gear(30) fixed in the upper and lower parts of the lower bracket; a plate(50) combining the upper bracket, the lower bracket and the lever part by riveting, and restricting displacement of the lever part, the lock gear and the cam and infiltration of impurities; a lever spring(52) connecting the plate to the lever part; and a spiral spring(80) mounted in the plate and the stopper.
