PURPOSE: A system for relaying banking asset and a service method using the same are provided to enable a customer to secure a proper profit rate and enable a banking institution to utilize funds intentionally by offering a service for relaying sales and purchases for various kinds of banking goods cancelled before expiration through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A web server(110) is operated on the online, receives a sale application of the banking goods from each selling customer(200), and receives a purchase intention of the banking goods from each buying customer(300). A database server(120) is operated in a state linked with the web server and stores various information of each buying/selling customer. An informing server(130) is operated in the state linked with the web server and the database server, and informs respective terminals of the buying/selling customers of the information for purchase/sales application particulars and contracting results. A certification server(140) confirms/certifies a transaction situation between respective customers.
