摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for making ceramic powder, by which ceramic powder having high crystallinity and excellent dielectric property suitable to be used in ceramic electronic components are obtained. CONSTITUTION: The method for making ceramic powder having a perovskite structure comprises forming ceramic powder by non-wet treatment and heat treating the formed ceramic powder in liquid. Particularly, the non-wet treatment is any one selected from a solid phase treatment, hydroxide salt treatment, citric acid treatment and vapor phase treatment. The heat treating step is performed at a temperature of 80 deg.C or higher. The ceramic powder obtained from the method has a particle diameter of 0.2 micrometers or less, c/a axis ratio of the crystal lattice of 1.006 or more, and an area occupied by holes in one particle of 5% or less.
