METHOD FOR PREPARING (amp;gamma;-HYDROXYLMETHYLLEUCINE4) CYCLOSPORIN A BY SEBEKIA BENIHANA WITH IMPROVED PREPARATION YIELD

PURPOSE: A method for preparing (γ-hydroxylmethylleucine4) cyclosporin A by Sebekia benihana is provided, thereby improving bioconversion activity of Sebekia benihana from cyclosporin A to (γ-hydroxylmethylleucine4) cyclosporin A, so that preparation yield of (γ-hydroxylmethylleucine4) cyclosporin A can be improved. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing (γ-hydroxylmethylleucine4) cyclosporin A by Sebekia benihana comprises the steps of: dissolving cyclosporin A in medium by adding 0.1 to 4% of DMSO(dimethyl sulfoxide) to prepare cyclosporin A dissolved medium; culturing Sebekia benihana in a fresh culture medium containing 0.5 to 5% of soybean meal and 0.5 to 10% of yeast extract; and adding the cyclosporin A dissolved medium into the culture medium during the medium of the culture where the bioconversion activity of Sebekia benihana is maximized.
