HAIR IRON CAPABLE OF COMPACTING THE CONSTITUTING PARTS BY INJECTION-MOLDING AN UPPER CASE AND A LOWER CASE AS A SINGLE PART

PURPOSE: Provided is a hair iron to cut the manufacturing costs by compacting the constituting parts, that is, by injection-molding an upper case and a lower case as a single part; and to be easily and promptly replaced by wire by dissembling one part when the wire is damaged. CONSTITUTION: The hair iron comprises a lower case(10), a fixed case(20), a lower-part closing member(30), a lower heat plate(40), an upper case(50) and an upper-part closing member(60). He lower case(10) includes a lower-part heating portion(12), a lower-part grill portion(11) and a lower-part wire fixing groove(111). The fixed case(20) fixes the wire inserted into the lower-part wire fixing groove and includes an upper-part wire fixing groove(21) for fixing the wire. The lower-part closing member(30) closes the lower case(10) and includes a lower-part heat plate fixing projection(32) to fixing the lower heat plate(40) and a hinge projection(34). The upper case(50) includes an upper-part grill portion(51) and an upper-part heating portion(52). The upper-part closing member(60) closes the lower side of the upper-part grill portion and connects the lower case(10) and the upper case(50) and includes a hinge portion(62) and an upper-part heat plate fixing projection(63) for fixing an upper-part heat plate(70).
