PURPOSE: An apparatus for continuous thermal decomposition of a waste tire is provided to keep a furnace atmosphere stable, enable continuous supply of waste tires and continuous discharge of extracts, and easily recover carbonization gas, thereby improving the utilization of fuel. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a sewage discharge unit(20) for removing sewage in tires by compacting the tires; an enclosed tire storage unit(30) for storing the tires from which sewage is discharged; a thermal decomposition unit(40) for thermally decomposing supplied tires by a combustion tube(42), one side being connected to a gas discharge tube(80) connected to a gas carbonization device; a first housing unit(50) storing tire extracts; a second housing unit(60) of enclosed type for storing tire extracts; and a discharge unit(70) for feeding wires and carbon.
