PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit controlling an output impedance and a slew rate to enable data at a high frequency on a system is provided to control independently the impedance and the slew rate by controlling drive signals of output MOSFETs of on-states. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit includes an output circuit, a first control unit, and a second control unit. The output circuit includes a plurality of output MOSFETs(100-122). The output MOSFETs are connected in parallel. The first control unit selects the number of output MOSFETs to be turned on to control output impedance from among the plural output MOSFETs. The second control unit controls a slew rate by controlling drive signals of the output MOSFETs of on-states.
