PURPOSE: A clock with an artificial flower is provided to make the exterior appearance beautiful and improve decorativeness by mounting the artificial flower to the periphery of the clock. CONSTITUTION: A clock with an artificial flower(30) is composed of a frame(10) including a mounting space(16) mounted with hour and minute hands(12,14); a battery and an operating device for operating the hour and minute hands; a decorating rim(20) formed at the outer periphery of the frame; the artificial flower formed on the upside of the decorating rim; a plurality of fitting holes arranged on the upside of the decorating rim; a stem unit of the artificial flower inserted into the fitting hole; and Styrofoam disposed at the rear side of the decorating rim. When the stem unit of the artificial flower is inserted into the fitting hole, the stem unit is stuck into and fixed to the Styrofoam.
