PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a large-sized LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a structure for the large-sized LCD by the same are provided to tile a plurality of liquid crystal panels and fabricate one large-sized LCD. CONSTITUTION: Upper plates(113a) and lower plates(113b) of liquid crystal panels are fabricated. Seal is printed in an internal side boundary of black matrixes(123) of corners and edges of the liquid crystal panels. The upper plates(113a) and the lower plates(113b) of the liquid crystal panels are attached to be opposite. Liquid crystal is injected between the upper plates(113a) and the lower plates(113b), and an injection hole is sealed to fabricate a plurality of the liquid crystal panels. Adhesive sides in which the liquid crystal panels are mutually connected are cut and processed. An adhesive spacer is diffused in the adhesive sides of the liquid crystal panels. The liquid crystal panels are tiled on a lower back panel(111b) corresponding to a size of a large-sized liquid crystal panel. An upper back panel(111a) is attached on the tiled liquid crystal panels.
