PURPOSE: Provided is a novel Bacillus thuringiensis NK 112 strain producing swine feeds by wet fermentation of food wastes. The novel strain grows rapidly, and is excellent in enzyme activity and antagonism. CONSTITUTION: The novel Bacillus thuringiensis NK 112 strain(KCTC 18085P) is capable of growing at high temperature of 50 deg.C, has no oral toxicity, has amylase and protease enzyme activities, and antagonistic effects on E.coli, Salmonella, and Bacillus sp. strains. A microbial preparation contains the novel Bacillus cereus NK 204strain(KCTC 18084P) adsorbed to a growth medium selected from diatomite, zeolite, rice bran and a mixture thereof, and to a carrier.
