PURPOSE: Provided are a production method of noodles containing Cordyceps sinensis powder, silkworms powder, mulberry leaves powder, yam powder and phellinus linteus powder and noodles manufactured thereby. Therefore, the manufactured noodles has anticancer effect, and decreases blood sugar level and blood pressure to prevent adult diseases. CONSTITUTION: A production method of noodles containing Cordyceps sinensis powder, silkworms powder, mulberry leaves powder, yam powder and phellinus linteus powder is manufactured by the steps of: mixing 84-87 wt.% of wheat flour, 2-3.5 wt.% of Cordyceps sinensis powder, 2-3.5 wt.% of silkworms powder, and 9 wt.% of 18% salt water, followed by kneading; separately mixing 84.5-86 wt.% of wheat flour, 5-6.5 wt.% of mulberry leaf powder, 9 wt.% of 18% salt water, followed by kneading; compressing the each dough, followed by covering with a vinyl cover and fermentation at 25-30 deg.C for 2-4 hours; folding the each fermented dough, followed by compressing and fermentation at 15-25 deg.C for 6-8 hours; separately molding the each dough under pressure; and contacting the each dough together, followed by extrusion.
