ANTIMICROBIAL SOAP COMPOSITION DERIVED FROM NON-ANTIBIOTIC CONTAINING COFFEE EXTRACT AND EGG WHITE PROTEINS AS EFFECTIVE INGREDIENT HAVING ALLEVIATING OR TREATING EFFECT ON SYMPTOMS OF ATHLETES FOOT, PSORIASIS, ECZEMA AND DANDRUFF
ANTIMICROBIAL SOAP COMPOSITION DERIVED FROM NON-ANTIBIOTIC CONTAINING COFFEE EXTRACT AND EGG WHITE PROTEINS AS EFFECTIVE INGREDIENT HAVING ALLEVIATING OR TREATING EFFECT ON SYMPTOMS OF ATHLETES FOOT, PSORIASIS, ECZEMA AND DANDRUFF
PURPOSE: An antimicrobial soap composition containing the coffee extract and egg white proteins from which ovalalbumin and ovoglobulin are removed as an effective ingredient is provided. It is effective in alleviating or treating symptoms of athletes foot, psoriasis, eczema and dandruff caused by fungal infections of the skin containing Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Pityrosporum ovale or Candida. CONSTITUTION: The antimicrobial soap composition derived from non-antibiotic contains: 0.1 to 3% by weight of egg white proteins containing conalbumin, ovomucoid, lysozyme and avidin as main component proteins, based on the total dried weight of the soap composition; and a coffee extract. For an example, conalbumin, ovomucoid, lysozyme and avidin are obtained by treating egg yolks with ammonium sulfate, cold alcohol and the like and then mixed with a coffee extract and a mixture of shortening oil and soybean oil in a ratio of 4:1. The coffee extract is prepared by mixing 50g of roasted coffee and 200ml of mixed solvent containing water and ethanol in a ratio of 1:1, followed by heating and then concentration.
