摘要

PURPOSE: To prevent excessive initial angle and tension of looper, promptly recovering speed of main motor and improving control performance on thickness and width of strip by systematically determining time and degree of impact drop compensation. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized in that the speed of the main motor is not changed or promptly recovered by impressing an impact drop compensation current to the main motor when impact drop is generated in the main motor, wherein the impact drop compensation current(I*IDC) is calculated by the formula 1.
