PURPOSE: To more simply perform series of working processes of shaping or forming the steel pipes in a round shape having a certain roundness and pulling the shaped or formed steel pipes in such a way that ends of the steel pipes are contacted with or inserted to each other after holding neighboring steel pipes approximately aligned at a construction site, and to minimize construction period accordingly. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a connection body(40) on an upper part of which a connection pin(41a) is formed so that the connection body is connected to the end of an arm for operating a back hoe through the connection pin, and on a lower part of which a slide groove(422) is formed; and a fixed form shaper(10) comprising a pair of semicircular bodies(11,12) at which a slider(17) is installed so that the slider is movably connected to the slide groove of the connection body, and which form a circle when they are closed so that the semicircular bodies are opened and closed with being rotated centering around hinge shafts(13a,13b) of the slider, opening and closing cylinders(14) connected to the connection body and the respective semicircular bodies to open and close the semicircular bodies, a locking unit(15) installed at an end part of the semicircular bodies to prevent the semicircular bodies from opening when the semicircular bodies are formed in a circle with ends of the semicircular bodies being contacted with each other, and a plurality of press cylinders(16) radially arranged on the semicircular bodies in such a way that pressing of the press cylinders is directed to the center of the semicircular bodies.
