PURPOSE: Provided are individual identification and paternity testing methods by optimizing multiplex polymerase chain reaction(PCR) using length polymorphism DNA nucleotide sequence and analyzing its results on the gel, thereby carrying out individual identification and paternity testing time and cost effectively. CONSTITUTION: The individual identification and paternity testing methods comprises the steps of: extracting DNA from a person to be tested; performing multiplex PCR with length polymorphism DNA using the extracted DNA as a template; and analyzing physicochemical features of the amplified DNAs.
