Structually optimizing method of hoop-type steel pallet for carrying plate coil and hoop-type steel pallet using its method

PURPOSE: Provided is an optimization method of hoop-typed pallet structure for loading a weight coil which checks stress distribution of the pallet in working and changes design as distribution so that it reduces the weight of the pallet with transferring the same weight. CONSTITUTION: The optimization method of hoop-typed pallet structure for loading the weight coil comprises the steps of: (i) deciding a working mode and a finite factor of the hoop-typed pallet(1); (ii) analyzing sensitivity at each part of the hoop-typed pallet based on the bottom formula(1) when changing the finite factor of the hoop-typed pallet; and (iii) changing the design of the hoop-typed pallet as the result of sensitivity. Formula(1) : = / m wherein is sensitivity, is the change quantity in stress and m is the change quantity in mass as the change of thickness/length.
